Appealing building and roof signs

National implementation for the rebranding of 10 Prodega locations

Frontwork recently undertook the rebranding of 10 locations of Transgourmet/Prodega throughout Switzerland. What was once Growa is now called Prodega – so the company looked for a partner to change the façade and roof signs at 10 locations in a public national call for tenders.

Complete makeover

With its full-service mindset, Frontwork quickly qualified for this extensive project. Although the primary focus was on the disassembly and replacement of the existing roof and façade signs, the rebranding of information signs and situation boards was also required: from access routes to underground car parks and entrances to multi-storey car parks, from the ramp to delivery.

Full-service wins

Transgourmet/Prodega wanted a full-services company with a certain size as a partner for this major project. Sufficient capacities and know-how to enable the implementation to be carried out at all locations within two months were required.
After the initial discussions on site, it was clear that a common path had been found.
Frontwork exchanged ideas with the company smoothly, professionally and completely transparently at all times: from the costs per location to the progress of the installation.

Flying high

The installation in Reinach took place at dizzying heights of up to 20 metres above the ground. Coordination was a real challenge, because the road had to be cordoned off or even closed. Sometimes there was only single-lane access to the underground car parks, while the locations continued to operate normally. Wind and weather also frequently upset the Frontwork team’s plans.

Long and wide

Some logotypes in an aluminium flat typeface illuminated by external spotlights required a large Skyworker for the assembly work: lengths between 4 and 16 metres were attached.

The guiding spirit – the spirit of cantonalism

Regulations do make sense – an advertising permit was obtained from the responsible authorities during the preparation process. Various spheres of responsibility and provisions of the cantons and communities had to be considered, because sometimes public land as well as private property needed to be entered. To put it simply, full-service at Frontwork means being able to deal with both large letters and the small print – everything is then finished within the deadline. All in all, a successful project.
